Our Company
Using natural raw materials from the clean area in Jeju, our research and development are focused on achieving the high-quality ingredients. As a flavor and fragrance company, we focus on developing cutting-edge, innovative, and safe flavoring products that pursue Art, Science, and Creation on the basis of flavor and fragrance technology.
In order to develop customized (customer-made) products, our perfumers (flavorists) will approach customers by passion and creativity for flavors and fragrances.

JFF is currently conducting the recent perfumery research on the development of the functional ingredients.

Based on its continuous research and technology on raw materials, JFF is developing various natural raw materials and extracts by utilizing natural resources of the clean area in Jeju.

Research Topic
JFF had carried out 22 national research projects including “The research of the enhancement flavor profile of Yuza essential oil using biotransformation and industrialization technology of self-sustaining Yuza oil” conducted by the PhD researchers with more than 20 years of research experiences. Based on its ability, JFF is currently conducting “The research of developing plant-derived functional and natural flavoring raw materials” with the Korea Food Research Institute.
JFF is also conducting the latest perfumery research including the development of functional fragrances with skin improvement effects through the identification of the Olfactory Receptor gene in conjunction with cosmetic major company and university.
